returns policy

Autotechnique will happily refund or exchange any items you have purchased from us if you change your mind, under the following conditions:

• Returned goods must be unopened and unused, and returned to us in their original packaging.
• You must request from autotechnique a return reference for each product you wish to return.We will notify you at the same time of the address to which you should return the goods.
• All returns should be accompanied by the Invoice number, the item reference(s), quantities, and the reference number we will give you when you notify us of your wish to return the goods. A form this purpose is available on request.
• You are advised to register or insure your returns, since Autotechnique cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
• Refunds will be made by the same method used for payment, subject to the above conditions being met.
